Greetings in His matchless Name!
Well, another year is slipping away, which means we are closer to meeting our Lord and Savior than ever before.
AMEN!
This has been a good year for us. We have seen souls saved in our meetings and Christians stirred, challenged, moved and surrendered to Him. We have averaged about 2 or 3 meetings each month this year, so we stay busy. Whenever I am in town I teach Sunday School to the adults in our church. Shirley has had lots of pain and some memory loss, but she continues to travel with me. She is no longer able to drive (something she loved to do and I hate doing), but she is still committed to our ministry and to me as she has been for over 53 years.
We are really happy and excited that the Lord has led us to Straightway Baptist Church in Princeton, NJ where our pastor is Louis Guarneri. He is a great pastor and preacher/teacher, and has a passion for lost souls. I enjoy going soul winning with him and other church members each Saturday morning. We are also enjoying his pulpit ministry and personal friendship. We are still meeting in a hotel conference room but are anticipating getting into a permanent building this year. Please pray that that will become a reality.
Our 3 kids are still serving the Lord in their local churches and our 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren (!) are all doing well.
We thank each of you for your consistent prayer support for us and our ministry and wish we could thank you in person. We wish you a blessed Christmas and a spiritually prosperous New Year 2014! Even, so come quickly, Lord Jesus!
